Assisted Stretching is a one-on-one session where a trained professional helps guide your body through gentle, targeted stretches to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall muscle function. Unlike stretching on your own, assisted stretching allows for deeper, more effective stretches while you stay relaxed.
This service is great for athletes, people with tight or sore muscles, desk workers, older adults, and anyone looking to move better, reduce stiffness, or support injury prevention and recovery.
Each assisted stretching session lasts 30 minutes, making it an easy and effective way to fit mobility work into your routine.
