I’ve been lucky enough to live and work in five countries across three continents, now
calling Portugal home. My initial career took me to the world of men’s fashion, caring for
people’s styling needs. More recently, I’ve finally turned a life’s passion for health and
fitness into caring for people’s own fitness needs.
I undertook my PT Level 2 and 3 qualifications, Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga for Athletes
courses to really understand what it was I was practicing all my life and how I could improve
my own training, avoid injuries and ensure longevity of an active, healthy life.
I’ve practiced yoga for 17 years, have always run – as much for the mind as for the body –
and I now compete in middle distance with a local Lagos running club. More recently,
strength training has become a focus in my own regime which has helped so much with
overall fitness and performance.
Now, I love being able to share knowledge from one area of fitness to another to show how
it can benefit people in other areas of their training. Variety continues to be the spice of a
healthy life and I try and bring my experience from a wide variety of training to meet clients’
needs
